Congratulations to Sarah and Justin! They welcomed Braxton Noble Caruso (a handsome baby boy) at 5:32 am on Tuesday. I hope he doesn't make a habit of arising so early for Sarah's sake. :)

I doubt I will look that good. I always get red face after working out. And I imagine labor is the workout of a lifetime.
